Exam registration cancellation

A. Before the registration deadline, candidate can cancel the registration by email or other written ways. Both exam fee and the registration Fee will return.

B. Between the registration deadline and the cancellation deadline, candidate can cancel the registration by email or other written ways. Only the exam fee will return but we deduct RMB 400 fee for the registration cancellation. (we deduct RMB 1600 fee for the CSCP registration cancellation.)The exam registration fee will not return.

C. If a candidate is absent from the examination due to extraordinary circumstance (eg, medical emergency, death in the family) Business travel is not an extraordinary circumstance. A refund of the exam fee may be arranged. Sponsor must submit written proof of illness (eg: a doctors note) or other such documentation to us no more than 10 days after the scheduled examination date. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of APICS, and may not be appealed. The exam registration fee will not return.
