ASCMS has a group of professional training managers to administrate each individual training project. The training manager is responsible to acquire customer requests, communicate with the training coordinator of the client, interview the representatives of trainees, analyze the training needs, customize the training material, schedule the right instructor, resolving the issue during the training, summarize the evaluation and round up the project. We believe that the key of a successful training program is working with our clients very closely. |

In-house Training Process |

1. Training request
The clients bring up their initiatives, directions, or expectations of training based on their plans, current or further projects, budgets etc. |

2. Discussion and analysis
The training manager of ASCMS will discuss and analyze the requirements of training with the client, to clarify: purpose, scope and process of training requests |

3. Training proposal
The training manger of ASCMS will develop a training proposal for client’s review, after discussion and analysis on the client’s requirements. |

4. Investigation and research
The training manager of ASCMS will conduct client site visit, key trainees interview; process assessment, to understand the job responsibility, education background, working experience, operation processes, difficulties, challenges, and expectation for the training. |

5. Finalized the training scheme
Based on the information captured from investigation and research, the training manager of ASCMS will finalize the training scheme and get approval from the client. |

6. Customizing the training material
Based on the training scheme, the training manager and consultant of ASCMS will customize the training materials to reflect the specialty of the client, including the courseware, case study, assignments, games etc. |

7. Training class
During the training class, training manager and the instructor will collect the feedbacks and then make adjustments to ensure the training to be conducted in a effective way. |

8. Evaluation
The instructor of ASCMS will facilitate the evaluation after class. The evaluation covers ranges of content, instruction, course structure, benefit etc. All information will be summarized and feed back to client. |

9. Tracking
The training manager will summarize the training class, including the grade of exam, evaluation, and reported to client. Trainees can consult with instructors on questions related to training topics after the class |
