Registration Procedure
APICS CPIM/CSCP Exam (China Region) Registration Procedure:
To support your registration for APICS CPIM, CSCP Exam (China region), we suggest you to read carefully on exam registration guideline, which developed by APICS for China Region and follow ASCMS (APICS solely authorized exam organizer of China region) registration procedure:
1. To Download “APICS Exam Registration Form” for CPIM, CSCP
2. Please carefully fill in the form with your personal information which requested by APICS. You need to insure the correctness of the information provided by you, and make your name be consistent with your identification, like citizen ID card or passport.
3. To fax “APICS Exam Registration Form” to 021-32093905 or scan it and email to cpim@ascms.com . In order to assure your successful registration, please call or email us to confirm whether we have received the fax.
4.To complete your exam payment to ASCMS assigned account:

1.CPIM Exam Related Fee
A） Exam Fee： RMB1500/module
B） Registration Fee： RMB830
For 1 module, total exam fee would be ： RMB1500 + RMB830=RMB2330
For 2 modules, total exam fee would be ：RMB1500 X 2 + RMB830=RMB3830
2.CSCP Exam Related Fee
A） Exam Fee：RMB5900
B） Registration Fee： RMB980
CSCP Retake Exam Fee:
A） Exam Fee：RMB3400
B）Registration Fee： RMB980
Attention:
The registration and the payment must be completed before the exam registration deadline. Any registration after the deadline would be regard as invalid and may not be able to attend the exam accordingly.
5. Registration confirmation
Once exam payment is cleared and APICS Exam Registration Form is corrected received by ASCMS, we will email candidates to confirm the successful registration.
6. Exam confirmation letter
About one week before the exam date, we will email “the exam conformation letter” to candidates. Candidates MUST print and bring the confirmation notice to the exam site on exam day as a proof to be allowed to participant exam accordingly. |
